From imagining car chases and adventures outside the minivan window as a child, to writing short stories and novels now, Lockwood has always been preoccupied with worlds near and far.

Earning a Bachelor’s degree in both Communication Arts and Psychology, Lockwood has traversed an odd path of jobs. Serving tables in multiple restaurants exposed him to the demands of customer service. Hauling boxes and fixing damaged orders at Amazon introduced him to the dark underbelly of Cyber Monday sales. His time working at a Youth Development Center (a fancy name for a juvenile detention center) opened his eyes to a wider spectrum of human experience and the justice system, for good and for bad.

Nowadays, he seeks to pursue the path that’s whispered and clawed at his mind since childhood. There are worlds demanding to be made manifest, and words ready to leap from a void of potential onto the hard page of reality.

He seeks to write professionally, both in the realm of fiction and the dynamic world of editing and marketing.
